Bob has appeared in every Superior Court and Workers Compensation Court in New Jersey and in the Appellate Division.  He is a respected member of the State Bar Association, Union County Bar Association, American Bar Association and New Jersey Association for Justice.  He has also been admitted pro hac vice in New York to litigate the matter of Owen Hollaway vs. National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia which resulted in a 2.8 million dollar verdict.   

Bob grew up in Linden, New Jersey where he was a star athlete and captain of the Men's Tennis Team. Upon graduation from Linden High School, Bob attended Rutgers College and obtained a BA in Economics.  Bob was captain of the Rutgers Men's Tennis Team and was named Most Valuable Player in 1982.  He was a member of the undefeated team in 1984.   

After graduating from Rutgers, Bob continued to coach and mentor the Rutgers Men's Tennis team.  During that time, He was recognized by the Eastern Coast Athletic Conference (ECAC) for his support of college tennis. In 2007, Bob was named Intercollegiate Men's Tennis Assistant Coach of the Year for the Northeast Region which included teams such as Harvard, Princeton, Columbia, Cornell, Yale, Boston College and George Washington.  Bob has testified before the New Jersey Assembly Higher Education Committee and the New Jersey Senate Education Committee in support for funding for all Olympic Sports on the collegiate level.  Bob was also featured in two USTA videos promoting intercollegiate tennis.
